What file formats and devices does cine.tours support?

cine.tours accepts GPX, FIT (Garmin binary), KML, TCX, CSV, IGC (glider flight logs), and NMEA sentence logs. That covers virtually every GPS device and app: Garmin watches and cycling computers, Wahoo, Strava, Komoot, Google Earth, paraglider and hang-glider flight recorders, and custom GPS loggers. All parsing happens locally in your browser — no file is uploaded for import.

What resolution and aspect ratios can I export?

cine.tours supports 720p, 1080p, and 4K exports in 16:9 (landscape — YouTube and standard video), 9:16 (portrait — reels and shorts), and 1:1 (square — feed posts). Rendering happens on GPU-accelerated cloud workers, so even 4K finishes fast.

Can I overlay the animation on top of my own footage?

Yes. Upload a HUD or compass image with a green-screen background in the Mask panel — cine.tours composites it on top of the route and auto-detects the keying color from the edges of your image. Drop the rendered video into your editor (DaVinci, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) and chroma-key the green out to overlay the animation on top of any other footage.

Is my GPS data private?

All file parsing happens locally in your browser inside a Web Worker. Files are not uploaded for import. Your project is only sent to the server when you choose to render — and the rendered video is stored privately to your account.
